As soon as you know who is unable to attend your wedding we will start e-mailing your family and friends to let them know your wedding will be web cast. We will send e-mails right up to the day so they know when to start viewing, (taking into consideration different time zones). Your wedding will be web cast onto the VOWNOW.net web site on your own web cast page so it’s private and secure. Only the people who know about the wedding will be able to watch. The web cast video will be on the web site for 14 days so it can be viewed again. It can be copied to DVD and sent to family and friends who wish to have a copy. A projector can be used to show guests at the ceremony what is going out live. At the reception video messages from guests unable to attend can be played on to a large screen as well conferencing can be set up so both parties can see each other.
